After massive campaigns across the country to select beauty with brains, Natasha Nyonyozi, a 23-year-old accountant from Kyonyo, Kamuganguzi in the Kabale district, emerged Miss Uganda 2024-2025.
The prestigious title was awarded to her during an event held at the Sheraton Hotel in Kampala on Saturday as part of her prize, Nyonyozi won a Toyota Wish.
Nyonyozi made history as the first Miss Uganda from the Kigezi region in Western Uganda.
She is the daughter of Mr. Francis and Eva Mutabazi, residents of Kyonyo, Kamuganguzi Sub County, Ndorwa West County in Kabale District. Her father is a renowned businessman, and her mother is a pastor.
As part of her ob, Nyonyozi enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, swimming, art, and digital creating.
A dynamic accountant with a love for travel and creativity, she credits her parents as her greatest inspiration, guiding her with their wisdom and support.
Nyonyozi triumphed over her fellow competitor, Letaru Prisca Queen Patience (21), a chef from Terego District.
The Miss Uganda pageant is not just about beauty; it is a powerful platform for ambitious young women to showcase their leadership skills, intelligence, and passion.
Through rigorous training and mentorship, contestants transform into brand ambassadors for Uganda, advocating for women’s rights and inspiring the next generation.
